I chose 37 Degrees Climate Control Ltd because of its excellent reviews and was initially pleased with the installation.
Unfortunately, the after-sales service has been appalling. I contacted Andrew with a straightforward query about the Wi-Fi functionality of my system. I sent two WhatsApp messages, both of which were read but ignored. I then telephoned and left a voicemail asking for a call back, followed by a formal email giving seven days to respond.
It has now been over a week and I have still not received a single acknowledgement. I paid almost £5,000 for this installation, which came with a written 5-year warranty.
A warranty is only as good as the support behind it, and based on my experience I have no confidence that I would receive any assistance if I ever needed to make a warranty claim. Good workmanship is important, but so is standing by your customers after the job is complete.
