AB Mortgages is a mortgage brokerage based on London Road in Benfleet, Essex, advising buyers, movers and landlords across Essex and the wider UK, with particular experience in cases that fall outside standard high street lending criteria.

Residential advice covers first-time buyers, home movers and remortgages, alongside three specialist areas: self-employed applicants placed with lenders who assess retained profits, day rates and dividend income properly; high net worth clients with non-standard income; and adverse credit cases including CCJs, defaults, IVAs and discharged bankruptcy. Landlords are supported from a first buy to let through to limited company and portfolio lending.
