Abingdon Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

There is no point in asking the customer to go through the selection of preferences if , in the end, the phone at the Post Office end is not answered - at all. I am trying to track down a parcel containing a book I need for my research. It was posted in the UK on 27th September and has not reached me. There is some circumstantial evidence that a temporary post person, apparently Egyptian, told someone at my address that she had left it with "Nigel" on an adjoining property. I can find no Nigel at all on any farm near us. I can't find the book. i can't track down the Egyptian. And above all, I can't speak to the sorting office at Abingdon who might, just might, know what has happened to it.

I have been trying to contact the Abingdon office to have a package delivered but can't just sums up royal mail

Live on woodlands park in radley and for some reason we can't seem to get a postal service every day.for e.g. today Saturday 30th September it's 2o'clock and we have not see a postman or post woman on the site, does that mean that no one living here had any mail due to them. What do you think guess the same as me.
Whenever I complain the only answer I get is we know of no problems.
