The Acton Centre is a fantastic sports facility that boasts a large, well-appointed gym that’s packed with the latest equipment, a 25 metre main pool as well as a teaching pool that host our award-winning swimming lessons. Alongside these superb facilities, this west London centre offers dance classes, a huge range of group exercise sessions to choose from, while you can also enjoy table tennis, as well as other activities.
Our main pool is an eight-lane, 25m pool that allows confident, experienced swimmers lane swimming all day, every day. We also offer award-winning swimming lessons for both adults and children, whatever their ability.
Our main gym has over 90 individual pieces of equipment, including an X Cube, an expanded free weights area and multiple pieces of cardio equipment. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are also on hand to help you get the most out of your workout.
With over 80 classes a week to choose from, there are plenty of opportunities to try several different types of group workouts at the centre whenever you fancy. Classes run every day and are as popular as ever.
