Repaired my oven. Visited at time day agreed. He was very friendly and I felt that he was trustworthy. Checked my oven on Monday. Rang on Tuesday to to let me know he had collected the part Fitted it on Friday. My oven now working perfectly. Offered me a fair price for the job. I was very satisfied with the service
