I shop in Asdas at Arnold Nottingham for accessibility frequently including one weekly shop every Friday which can take an hour to two hours. I have IBS which means I need a toilet available sometimes before I start shopping. The Ladies convenience at this store has now been unavailable for several weeks, it is not a convenience but an inconvenience and something that does not encourage those with medical conditions where toilet facilities are a great help to come to. If Asda have any pride in their stores and consideration for their patrons this would have been rectified by now. They make it so difficult to make direct enquiries or complaints with no facilities for customer communication to address issues.
