After over 10 years of going to the vets my wife called in to book a operation for our 14 year old dog after the convention my wife was alarmed to here we had to go back for a consultation it was o ly 2 weeks previously the vet had seen our dog and they wanted to charge again for a 2nd consultation and then the receptionist acused my wife at swearing at her all Lies
A strong complaint was sent and today a very rude email we received saying we are banned never to go back .!!! They obviously don't care about customer care and more over the wellbeing of a 14 year old dog
