I was waiting for a Special Delivery (Guaranteed) for the 2nd time and the postman couldn't even bother wait for less than 10 seconds. I saw him started walking away, which I could see from the glass window while I ran towards the door. He literally just went without even leaving the note. I rushed to open the door and asked why he couldn't just give some reasonable time for people to answer the door? He said he was given seconds to handle to the mails. I mean seconds, not 1 minute. I live in a 2 bed small house. The delivery service is disappointed and it got worsen recently.

In the past 2 months Royal mail have managed to loose over 6% of our large letter mail. .With little compensation or apology... it has to date cost us over ?4000 in business, due to lost sales because of it !! If Royal Mail was in a competitive market for that part of their business they wouldn't survive
