With their help and the help of the ladies and gentlemen who live with us – we really do offer a home from home. Our team provides a high level of care all the time and every time with a caring and person centred attitude. We ensure the ladies and gentlemen who live with us feel safe and comfortable – they are ‘cared about’ as well as ‘cared for’. Our nursing care philosophy is based on the use of personalised care plans. Drawn up with the individuals we support and their families our care plans will help ensure that each person we look after is treated with respect and that their independence and choice are maximised.
