I received a courteous and professional reception to my complex international delivery problem , it was handled in an extremely professional manner with complete understanding of the frustrating circumstances and explanations of the systems being given .
This was exceptional in my experience of many customer service organisations in the current business climate an should be used as a model for training CRM elsewhere .
