ou can have questions about your career opportunities or decisions which you'd like to talk over in total confidentiality with someone not involved in the situation. Someone with the skills and experience to help you clarify your situation and support you in exploring the options.

At home, you may be experiencing difficulties in your relationship with your partner, children, parents, other family members or friends. There may be financial worrries, health issues, bereavement. You feel you need to talk things over with a person with the experience and empathy to listen to you, understand you and help you find ways through.

In your personal life, you may suffer from stress, anxiety, low self esteem and/or depression. You may have issues around weight or OCD. Or you may simply feel stuck and want support in your personal development, exploration of your values, spirituality, to get to a place where in your life you feel happy and fulfilled.

I am a fully trained Life Coach, Counsellor, Reiki practitioner and Enneagram teacher, and am regularly invited to speak on Life Coaching issues on BBC Radio.

About me

I have worked in many countries of the world and in 1996 returned to the UK where I settled in Cambridge. My wife and I married in 2002. Our elder son is at University and the younger works in a Children's Nursery.
