Whether you are looking to dive into one of the two swimming pools, find your balance in the Reformer Pilates studio, or join a high-energy class in the dedicated Group Exercise studio, there is a programme for everyone at the brand new Bedworth Physical Activity Hub. The facility also includes a state-of-the-art gym and a versatile Wellness Hub/Meeting Room. Everyone Active's award-winning swimming lessons for babies, children and adults are also on offer here.
There are two pools at the Bedworth Physical Activity Hub. The main pool is a 25m, 8-lane swimming pool, which hosts most of the swim sessions, including lane swimming, family swim sessions and Everyone Active's award-winning swimming lessons. There's also a smaller learner pool with a moveable floor. This is ideal for smaller children experiencing water for the first time.
This Reformer Studio at Bedworth Physical Activity Hub offers a new way to strengthen, tone, and energise your body. The state-of-the-art studio is designed to provide an exceptional experience, whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or new to the practice.
This state-of-the-art 100-station fitness suite in Bedworth features both Life Fitness and revolutionary EGYM equipment. EGYM apparatus offers a workout tailored to your own fitness needs, as well as your own biomechanics – your height, weight, strength and flexibility – and can give you a programme to help you reach your goals. The gym also boasts Life Fitness kit, meaning whether you like a cardio, free weights, resistance or functional workout, there’s sure to be something for you.
