All the staff that deliver are excellent. The problem is there just aren't enough of them and on our regular postie's day off, we often don't get any delivery at all. I don't mind this so much, only if I've paid for a collection that day. Please get more postmen Bexhill !! thank you.

The minimum score is one star. You can?t leave nil star reviews. Twice in a month we have not had a tracked delivery when the tracking number shows item delivered. Don?t yet know about the second item but the first was eventually found at the depot. Not good enough when one waits in for the delivery. As bad as when in public sector.
Trying to track number is difficult enough as they appeR to think they need to check if the holder of the rptracking number is a robot.
I am not a robot and Royal Mail is rubbish
