It is 21 December 2024. I have had no post since December 12. A letter sent first class on December 17 with rail tickets has still not arrived. Will we ever get any sort of postal service again?

Mothers Day Cards sent to my wife from the grand children in Berkshire Monday 13th March 2023.
This complaint is timed at 12.52 Monday 20 th March. I have been informed that our post for Lenwood Park top of Raleigh Hill remains undelivered . I am also awaiting important Documents which might well be piled up in the rack as well . The service we are getting from The Royal Mail is Total Rubbish. Gone are the days when certain items would have to be delivered. It seems to me that preferences
are coming into play which should never happen if the sorting and delivery office is controlled within reason allbeit allowing for illness or Leave.
Rotas should be dealt with fairly so that areas all get a get a uniform spread of Deliveries.
Please ..Please lets try to get back to some normality

I ordered an item in October 2018, Finally, I checked the tracking and it was in the GB post office. Last Sunday, 16th Dec. 8, I checked the tracking and it was delivered on Saturday, 15th Dec. I did not receive it although I was home the whole day. Monday, I went to the Quay Post Office Bideford, I was told they will investigate. A week later, I went back and I was told there is nothing they can do! Item was delivered to the wrong house and although I went around the neighbourhood- no one admitted to have received my parcel.
. I wanted my parcel and the reply of the Post Office that they lost it IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH- I WONDER WHAT KIND OF INVESTIGATION THEY DID. Personally- I don?t think they bothered at all.

A friend sent me a birthday card with house name and correct postcode on but incorrect house number. It was delivered to the number on the envelope. That person put it back in the post box and then today it was delivered to me! Thank you to female post deliverer for such considerate service and caring enough about the job to go the extra mile . Well done!

Received an email 08.00hrs stating a package requiring a signature was now at Bideford Sorting Office and would be delivered today.Guess what waited all day.......no post at all.......rang the sorting office and got an answerphone as usual....left a message with email and tracking details and asked where the package was and my phone number.....no one has had the courtesy to ring me! Disgusted what a complete waste of a day.

Firstly, I would like to say a big well done and offer my personal gratitude to all the devoted staff at the Quayside branch, I have lived in Bideford for a good 12 years now, and that little Post Office has helped me through thick and thin, they were there for me every step of the way.
Sometimes, life would get a little to much for me and I would feel alone and helpless, but I could always count on the good people at the Post Office to help get me back on the right track, whether I wanted to collect a parcel or just wanted to talk about my troubles for a little while, the staff there would always welcome me with smiles, and if need be, a shoulder.
They never once failed me in all these years, and I have made this clear to the staff there but I would also like to stress to anyone that is thinking of complaining just because you had to wait a few hours in line or because they accidentally lost your package, I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for the Post Office and its staff.
Thank you, Post Office Bideford Quayside branch, I owe you my life, as do my three beautiful children and I will make sure they realise this when they come of age.
