I am writing to complain that our mail although correctly addressed to our House by the sender, is then being delivered by the Postman to our next door neighbour's House. The last occasion this occurred being today when our neighbour called round with 2 letters for us and told us that this was not the first time she had had to push some correspondence through for us. We are very disappointed and a little concerned that some important documentation could go astray one day.
