In August my son who has aspergers paid our GP surgery £150.00 for a medical to be a taxi driver. He was feeling low mood as he hasn't heard back from the taxi firm yet so his social worker got in touch with the taxi firm who told her no medical letter had been sent. So yesterday the receptionist at the GPs said she would pass on a message for the secretary to call him. She hasn't had the decency to call him about the letter. So thanks to the post office for losing this important letter. You idiots have cost my son a job that he wanted to do. You need to sort out your bloody sorting office workers who lose letters and bloody sack them.

I'm in the United States and twice you have lost mail from my friend. How do you do business there? I am so disappointed I didn't receive them. Please do better in the future.

Royal Mail standards have declined significantlly over the past couple of months or so, at our location (FY2 0SX). Parcels just don't arrive on scheduled dates, sometimes by as much as two days late. Daily post now arrives between 2.30pm - 3.30pm, any later and the postman will be delivering in the dark !!! Not seen any sign of the postman for the past two Saturdays, as the delivery service been cancelled on Saturdays ? All in all a very poor state of affairs and a definately decline in standards.
