Biggest problem the dreaded automated system where you can’t talk direct to someone My issue two deliveries were not made we had a door belll problem that was obvious because the bell push was faulty but letter box still had a loud knock when the red notification was left I went to the office and was told the delivery we would be rescheduled for the next day this didn’t happen so still awaiting my parcel kw

due to the ongoing crisis our mail has been delayed to Whickham. Having spoken with the depot I cannot fault Ian Robson for the way he handled the situation and resolved it for our sheltered accomodation block. 10/10 for his service and and his help, well done!!

Received a letter yesterday with nothing more than name and road name & Town ( review moderated for security taking out personal details)
There was no other name or post code. I have had similar badly addressed post in the past. This deserves praise, I'd like to thank the staff at Blaydon sorting office.
