Attempted delivery or so they say. first attempt 12th inst - second attempt 13 inst - time 9.33am - I've been in on both occasions and not heard door knocker or bell. It's quite extraordinary i hear when i have other deliveries !!!!

I have always found this office highly efficient, and the staff keen to help out at any time. Ref. "value for money", I am sure that all users would like to see a less expensive service, but of course this will never happen - but we can always hope. One small niggle - it took much button pushing and waiting to find out the opening times. Neither the opening times or the branch telephone number appear on the web site dedicated to this office. I simply do not understand that. K.C.
