Postman refused to deliver our mail today as a utility company had failed to leave him a wide enough access. He also refused to give mail to my wife as he did not know her. When she said that she would unlock the house door he just turned round and walked away. He said that he was "health and safety"
NO he is just lazy. We have a second access but he would have had to walk further to use it. Apparently his statutory duty means nothing.
