Waited for 14 mins. Then operator answered phone. Answered security questions. Question "how can I help sir?" Phone line then went dead !! Yet to see how much this waiting call to solve nothing has cost me.

For years a few years of having no real help with my tax problem ,I have just come off the phone to a very nice and understanding person that arranged for somone to come and see me, at time to suit me.
I did not have to wait very long at all for a person to answer.
Even though my problem is not sorted yet, there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel.

Again I would make reference to the absence of office opening hours, otherwise a very helpful site.

Excellent except for one omission, it does not give the opening times of the Bournemouth office.
