I posted my grandsons card on 27th March, his 21st birthday was 30th March posted with 1st class stamp. Your postman cannot read address or postcode, he posted not in Chaffinch gardens but in chifchaf the people in that house had steamed the envelope open & decided 31/2 weeks later to deliver to my grandson! This is not acceptable & I suggest when interviewing for postie job they are given a reading test. I have camera footage of when & who posted through his door also state of envelope from being steamed open. Irate Mrs Anne Wellington
