I would like to highly praise Luke. Last Monday he rang the doorbell. I got up to answer it and collapsed as I opened the door. This young man got me on my feet again and made sure I was alright. He is a credit to the Post Office and to his generation. I will never forget his kindness to me. Thank you so much again Luke. Marina

I called this morning to have a parcel delivered as I am unable to get to the sorting office. The lady I spoke with was lovely, and assures me that the parcel will come today. I can't fault the call handler, let's hope I get my parcel!

My post was delivered yesterday to another address and was then delivered at 5pm by the tenant on his arrival home.
Today I am waiting for a package but I have had no delivery at all to my address.
I phoned at 9am this morning and left my number and at 1pm but nobody has responded to me.
I do not see this as good service but I do hope that it will improve once the business is sold and new management take control.
