I am very disappointed to tell you that my items of Mail are not being delivered to Lavender House.
2 letters and 1 parcel were sent on different weeks in December and recently last week.
One had contained paper money, one was a gift given over the counter and paid for and the last one was a greetings card with a cheque.
These have never been delivered. I would like to know how this can happen?
One, put down to error somewhere, but three times is unacceptable.
