How ridiculous that I can't telephone the sorting office. Today I received 2 envelopes from Royal Mail Stamps and Collectables. Both had "Royal Mail. Do not bend" on the front. Both had been folded and left lodged in my letterbox in a folded condition. I have no means of complaining about this other that speaking to the postman, and he quietly leaves mail so I don't know he's there.
