I am absolutely disgusted with the royal mail. I payed a ?17.99 special delivery for my package to arrive before 9am the next day and it didn't arrive when i rang the post office they couldn't even get hold of the post man that had my package, i am a business woman that owns a salon and i lost clients because of this and money, i couldn't leave my house until the package arrived because i was the only one in to sign for it. I do not trust the royal mail anymore and they wasn't very helpful on tracking my package. I did not pay the extra charge for my package to still arrive late.
