Romford’s Central Park Leisure Centre provides the local authority with a huge range of activities to choose from. As well as a 75-station state-of-the-art gym and its two swimming pools – in which our award-winning swimming lessons are hosted – there’s also plenty of other things to do here. You can also unwind in our sauna, steam room and spa, take advantage of the four-court sports hall and have a game of badminton or table tennis and enjoy a huge range of different group exercise sessions. Childcare’s not an issue, either, thanks to our superb creche facilities.
Our new fully-refurbished gym features over 140 stations of the latest cardio and resistance equipment to meet all your needs. Our team of knowledgeable Personal Trainers are happy to assist wherever possible.
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Our 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool is ideal for all swimmers to enjoy, while there’s also a 13 x 6m learner pool for your little ones to enjoy.
Come and enjoy a range of activities in our four-court sports hall. The hall is available for hire for a wide variety of sports and activities, which include badminton, five-a-side football, basketball and many others.
