i would like to comment on my recent contact with chatham delivery office and to aim my comments to Mr Peter Burgess Manager.
having had a small delivery problem having phone sunderland enquiry line
ref 1-3278138476 and not a lot of success i visited your office on wednesday 18th march and was greeted by a very pleasant member of staff who i now know to be vikki she was brillaint at her job and in solving my problem her manner was very professional and considering iam a disabled ex army musician she made life very easy in my contact with royal mail so i must congratulate her and the company in the way they dealt with my enquiry and a big thank you to all concerned
