Why does the postie fail to mock to deliver parcels, terrible customer service especially when you are in. Why is the post now being delivered at 1445 when it used to come at 10.00 especially when you are waiting for a letter. These postures get worse and worse a Truly shocking service

Why does the postman just shove a card through the door when a parcel needs to be signed for without first knocking on the door!
I heard the card coming through the letterbox
went downstairs to see what had arrived
and he had already gone.
No knock on the door
no real attempt to actually deliver the parcel
and by the way - it's not the first time this has happened.
service on signed for parcels is pathetic - i would like to see the stats for this postie to see how many get delivered first time.
