My item send to chippenham DO from swindon by mistake. Order no . Its to days now still its not send back from there. Mail 24 service. Mostly it sholud be delivered by next working day but irresponsible Officers not even care about those stuffs.

We lost the delivered card saying duty was payable on an item. The automated telephone response gave clear options. I had to go through 4 stages and then not respond to get to speak to an operator. Lost cards do not appear to be catered for. The operator was concise and polite. a new card will be sent.
