We have a very poor quality service and unfortunately a postman who moved from Bournemouth to Christchurch to keep his job. He starts his round so late in the day that as we are nearly at the end of his round if he runs past 2.30pm then our post goes back to the sorting office for another day. I work from home with my wife and when we questioned our postman he said the trouble is you have too much post!! The reason is we are the registered office for a number of our clients who then have their mail sent to us. We can almost guarantee to receive post of some description everyday. What is also annoying is when a client sends us a cheque in the post for payment it arrives so late it cannot be banked until the following day. A client emailed me as a fellow Chartered Accountant to advise the signed documents would be in the post on Tuesday 7/5/2019 and they have still not arrived today Thursday 9/5/2019 at 14:30 hours so at best I reckon by tomorrow Friday 10/5/2019 - the travel distance is less than 100 miles and I will check but reckon they will have been sent 1st class post from Oxfordshire to Dorset/Hampshire in Christchurch. Anyway, having phone your depot line to discuss the situation my phone shows I have been waiting 22 minutes as you are very busy!! There is no indication how long I might have to wait other than I am being moved up the queue!! I think the service you offer is in need of a fundamental review before you get closed down/taken over albeit as you are shutting your own post office counters it may not be that long. No wonder the email will gobble you up as it is better to use this method than the post which is so unreliable these days. Finally, the shares I bought on 15/10/2013 at a floatation price of £3.30 each have a today value some 5 and a half years later of just £2.40! Is it because customers are giving up on you and by not using the postal system?

A very poor service that has failed to deliver 2 separate DVDs from Gibraltar of my deceased uncle photos and film excuse was I refused to accept no2 and no1 could not go through the letterbox ! My sister in Leeds got hers so my conclusion is either a lazy postman or the sorting office at Christchurch is incompetent . Where are my DVDs ? The man I spoke to was offhand and disinterested .
