I am not somone who would usually do this, but please go elsewhere.
They forgot to take the locks of my father's hair that I specifically asked for.
Tried to argue as to whether I had asked for this, then admitted the mistake via email. Not even a phone call with an apology. Disgraceful treatment and something that cannot be rectified. Cold and uncaring. Please think twice before using the Co-Op at such a sensitive time.
