Total rubbish service. Two days of calling still no answer, just left hanging on for hours. They cannot or as I much suspect will not answer queries at the desk they tell you to call customer services. So I did to be told my parcel has arrived from USA in 8 days but can take up to 10 yes TEN days to travel the 5 minute walk to my home. And NO I cannot go pick it up unless I miss the delivery and they leave a card. Wow, if I ran my business this way I wouldn't have a business for long!
