It is impossible to find out information about specific deliveries because:
a). They won't provide you with a phone number for your local office, so you can speak to local staff, who handle local deliveries!
b). They won't let you talk to a human being, you just get bounced around in the automated phone system, which can never resolve your problem. Utterly useless!!
c). They will not tell you where a parcel has come from, or even where it's going to, until it's either delivered, or you pick it up from the delivery office. Useless, if you have more than one parcel coming, or want to filter out unwanted parcels, or are trying to work out if something has been mis-delivered!
