Absolutely terrible service, rang the number as detailed on this page, was told no she didn't have the number and would simple have to do what I would and that is look on the internet, and that she was just switchboard. no customer service skills whatsoever.
she had no clue about where or what social services was, and clearly was having a bad day. lets hope it was just today and that she is normally super helpful..however I doubt it.
