Hi I would just like to say Thank you to staff at Cramlington Sorting Office for returning the ?2 fee to us as the envelope sent to us had nothing inside it as well as no stamp on the outside - obviously a mistake by an elderly relative who thought he had posted us a Christmas card. Well done for honestly sorting the matter out and returning our ?2 fee! Thank you and Happy Christmas to all staff..... also at Cramlington Post Office in Asda for their help in sorting the matter out!
