I sent an extremely urgent form by Recorded Delivery from Lewin Street PO Middlewich, Cheshire on 23/04/2014 to ensure its safe delivery for the next day to an address in Crewe.
The address in Crewe were adamant the mail had not been received. After tracking the mail - it was found to be delivered by Crewe Delivery Service on 01 May?????
I telephoned Customer Services in Crewe only to be told all they could do was apologise and take the complaint as there were thousands of letters delivered every day.
I should have just taken the form in person to the Crewe address or sent it by normal First Class mail. I am disgusted with this service!!
