Our services range from management of your communal developments be they blocks of flats, property conversions, residential development estates, to commercial properties. We will take care of the transfer from your existign property manager, deciphering and interpreting deeds of conditions, supporting new developments with expert advice and recommendations on how best to structure the communal arrangements, ground maintenance and landscaping works, handyman repairs, managing communal repairs e.g roof works, communal building insurance through to general property advice and support. We are also fully registered and accredited with Property Factors Scotland registration and Act.
