There’s a fantastic swimming pool, complete with flume and water features, which offers Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons for children and adults. Danes Camp also boasts a spacious and well-appointed gym, dedicated group exercise and group cycling studios, and a sports hall where you can enjoy a variety of activities.
The large and spacious gym boasts all the latest fitness equipment. Whether you prefer a cardio workout, functional exercises, free weights, taking on the resistance machines or a combination of all four, there’s something for everyone.
Dedicated group exercise and group cycling studios at Danes Camp Leisure Centre. From slower, more relaxing sessions such as yoga and Pilates, to lung-busting Les Mills BODYPUMP classes, there’s something for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
The swimming pool at Danes Camp hosts a packed programme of swim sessions throughout the week, including Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming. It also boasts a fantastic flume and water features that promises fun for all the family!
Swimming lessons start for children as young as 4 months old and are available for all ages, with students working towards badges and certificates, collecting them at each stage. The swim teachers are all Swim England (or equivalent) qualified.
