I would have given this sorting office 0 if i had the option , do not bother paying for redirection of mail because you do not get the service and when you enquire the manager tells a load of sh**t , I cant stand a liar if you cannot provide an adequate service tell the truth why not. Issue still on going.

I was very upset when I called in at the Denton Royal Delivery Office, I received an email stating that my Garmin 610 had been delivered to your sorting office on Sat 11th January 2014. I took the copy of the invoice stating it had been delivered at your office . The person behind the desk made me look small to think that the item was collecting did not belong to me , I shown him my ID but he was really rude to me.
Stating no card no item, but I asked my delivery to be sent to your branch I did not get a postal card from the Royal Mail in fact the item stated on the tracker the recipient was Denton Royal Mail Sorting office in Saxon Street Denton and that at 6:40:21 on the 11thJANUARY 2014 it was delivered at your office
