DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! my mums co2 alarm was going off at 00:30 last night and her boiler was also making a funny noise. They came out told her she had to have this and that done and then put their card reader in her face and told her she had to pay them there and then and the bill was £2200. She’s elderly and vulnerable and they definitely played on this big time. I’m on trying to get her money back through the bank as she’s been massively ripped off.
