Well done everyone who works towards delivering everything in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. This, quite simply, does not happen in all countries, even those one would expect to be, at least, as good as UK.

waited two days for a relatively urgent package. the very day I was not at home a card was left advising of an aborted delivery. First thing this morning walked halfway across Erskine to collect. Only to discover that I had no ID, I could describe the origins and content of the package and the urgency, I have asked for it to be delivered to-day and am still waiting, If not delivered today next delivery is Monday I can recall signing the posts and telecommunications act many years ago, It clearly stated that it was an offence to with-hold post or information.
In future I will not be going for the cheaper option as that is obviously the cheaper service. will be using courier services instead
