I had a very important next day delivery sent to me and as I am disabled I could not get to the door quick enough and the postman put a card through the door .
I phoned the sorting office and a man called ADAM told me he would get my parcel himself and deliver it to me himself .
THANK YOU ADAM for your excellent service you have truly been a life saver .
