Ferndale Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

Absolutely SHOCKING service!!!! Tracking saying my parcel has been delivered .... load of bull... my property has numerous cctv cameras and not once have you appeared on there!! Why lie ? if there's a delay just say. This service is a joke... phoned today waited 20 mins on the phone to find they just hang up on you. I will not be purchasing any goods on line that states this company will be involved in.

First Xmas card delivered by regular post man bent in half and shoved thro door.
Last year complained I had an old fashioned small letter box, so I changed it for a new one so mail wouldn't continue to be bent and damaged....complete waste of time.
Tried calling Manager at Ferndale (0845 number so I was paying for call) and left unanswered at Ferndale end - gave up holding eventually after a call that had taken more than 10 minutes to make.
Utterly disgraceful. Where is the courtesy and quality that I remember all those years ago.
Absolutely disgusted and nothing ever seems to happen to improve the service.

We have an absolutely brilliant regular postman (when he's on this round) his personality and efficiency are very good, you must be proud of him,he is an asset to you.

Otherwise you are terrible, I order a lot of items on line and am still awaiting for one parcel? I am also waiting for a tracked item that should have been here on the 28th August,I've reported this to the seller. I'm awaiting 2 local government letters that were sent before the bank holiday? You are a disgrace.
I have lived here for 2 years and the postal service is dire! There is no continuity whatsoever it's disgusting! Post deliveries NEVER arrive the same time it can be anything from 9am until 4.15pm. Sometimes the postman doesn't come here - we neighbours do talk,so yes depending on the mood of the delivery office we may be lucky or unlucky and get or not,as the case may be a post man that day

The parcel van is the best, there is a loud bang on the front door and the parcels are left on the door mat. Some other postmen,other than our own regular one have attitudes with parcels they have to deliver,as such comments as "you and your parcels ! )

Since moving the sorting office from treorchy there is no shape on the mail. some days 12 o clock others 2 oclock some days none at all. we are trying to run a business but we have no alternative but to use this service
