Mark, Vikki and another gent who’s name I didn’t catch, we’re very professional in their approach to the incident.
Mark made contact with me, well in advance, acknowledging acceptance of the job and suggesting an arrival time at site. He then gave me 30 mins notice of arrival, prior to arriving 28 mins later (very accurate prediction, and very welcome as I was waiting outside for them).
On arrival, the team were extremely flexible in their approach to the work, accepting an addition to the original job, when I found out that there was a second location potentially exposed. This was taken on board without question, and Mark liaised extremely well with all stakeholders on site.
The work was undertaken thoroughly, and accurately, leaving all parties very confident in their, and our response to the issue at hand.
