The worst experience of my life with a garage.
Brought car in on monday as the AA said it needed either a new Cat or exhursts. The men said that I should come back tomorrow as I had to pick my kids from school at 3:15 and they were not sure they could fix in time. Took car to them at 9:30am as they said, only to be told that there were 3 cars ahead of me. At 12:00 I went round back to the garage and they had still not looked at it, at 1:20pm i called them and they said that they had looked at 20 mins ago. Was told it was the clutch ?650... I said no and managed to take it to another garage the next day while breaking down on the way to school. The Garage Mr Clutch charged me ?240 for a new Cat and the car works fine now. Went back to Formula 1 today(sat), and they quoted ?350 for a new Cat. Just above his head a sign said "we won't be beaten on price".
