I don't use the service often so it seems unfair to review. However I do hear complaints that cards are not left to say there is a parcel. I was waiting for one this Xmas, there was no one else in the house and I DID NOT receive any notification of a parcel. I let the sender know it was lost so she could claim. Last week she had the parcel returned saying I didn't collect. I live quite near the depot, was waiting for it and would have gone immediately had someone had the decency to let me know it was there. I now have to wait several months to go to Hampshire to collect it.

Said they tried to deliver even though someone in all day and no card put through the door, item has now gone back to sorting office so how can I go and collect and I have no something for you card get your act together royal mail.
