My property was let in good time after I listed it on the web using Gateway Letting's Private Landlord Advertising web deal.
Local estate agents in Birmingham failed to find a tenant and my flat was standing empty. Luckily I found the private landlord web advertising deal and with in a day our flat was on Rightmove and PropertyFinder.
Gateway letting helped us with the docomentation and the reference checks and all went very smoothly.
