Having stupidly posted my passport to Glasgow by insecure mail on Friday 26th April, and which subsequently fell open in transport, spilling the contents, I would like to sincerely thank your staff, in particular Michelle Bauld, who organised the finding and subsequent return to me of my property.
Michelle was absolutely tremendous in both her customer care and indeed her handling of the whole incident. She kept me informed of what was happening and also was very good with her advice for future use of the secure service. (private joke between myself and Michelle). I cant thank her enough.
My passport arrived back to me today 1st May.
