Our state-of-the-art gym features over 100 pieces of the latest equipment, while our two swimming pools are perfect for swimmers of all abilities – whether their still learning or want to swim lengths for fitness. Meanwhile, our group exercise studio plays host to such a wide range of classes, that you’re sure to find one that’s right for you and those who enjoy outdoor sports can enjoy our 12 outdoor pitches, while runners of all abilities can tackle our 1500m trail.
Our state-of-the-art 3G pitch is available for hire throughout the year. Whether you just want a kick a bout with friends, play five-a-side or Sunday League team or want to organise a tournament.
We’ve got two swimming pools, the main pool is a 25m, eight lane affair, which is where we host the majority of our swim sessions and our award-winning swimming lessons. We’ve also got a smaller teaching pool.
Grange Paddocks’ gym is packed with all the very latest Technogym fitness equipment. Whether you prefer a cardio workout, pumping iron in the free weights area, toning or use the resistance machines.
There’s also a community room available for which is a multi-purpose room which is used for various activities. Whilst also being available for hire for any number of uses, from club get-togethers to business meetings.
Our two dedicated group fitness studios are where you can enjoy our huge range of group fitness classes. There’s loads to choose from, so whether you’re after something intense or a more relaxed, we’ve got you covered.
