the most ridiculous system imaginable. soley devized to screw as much money as possible out of customers. spent 3 minutes on the phone asking where my letter is that I paid overdue amount last friday and still waiting for it to turn up.

My rating is for delivery and not for staff in office. I complained that the delivery man just left a card in my mailbox which is in our car park, and did not bother to check if I was in, which I was. This morning the delivery man called, from the security gate, and said I did not answer this before. He continued to argue, and the phone cut off because it is not for a general conversation, and meant just to ask to be let in! He already came in before, as he left a card 'sorry I missed you'. He should have then climbed the stairs to ring the buzzer by the door, and I could have received the parcel. Please do not allow your delivery men to approach customers to argue, because they do not understand the point.

our Postal deliveries have been excellent for twenty five years, but in the last eighteen months have been basically appalling.
Can we please have a postal delivery service that falls somewhere within the margins of reasonable.
